I got the new outdoor ceiling fan installed today in time for the warmer weather. It was quite the project for a novice, but will surely payoff. Thanks Felicia and Jay for giving me the confidence and know-how to do it myself when you guys did our kitchen lighting!

What a great ending to the tournament season. Even though we lost in the semifinals, it was the best game the boys played all year. We went in the #4 seed taking on the #1 seed and the game was tied 1-1 most of the game. Frisco took the lead with just over a minute left and then we tied it back up with 15 seconds remaining.Ended up going to a shootout which we lost.

Great season #OilKings!

Here is Kinsler getting to see the Penguins in person for the first time last Saturday in St. Louis. I made this collage to put on his birthday cake for this weekend. We’ll see how it turns out.

We were lucky enough to be in St. Louis when the NHL Centennial Fan Arena was in town! We got to get our picture taken with the Stanley Cup, kids got to play roller hockey, they won a stick and puck at the shooting challenge, we got to see Martin Brodeur (future Hall of Famer) and drive a VR Zamboni. #NHL100

Bucket list:
Touch the Stanley Cup ✅
Kiss the Stanley Cup ✅

Kinsler was upset he had to take his jacket and beanie off. It’s a little chilly out here.

Visited the Gateway Arch today. Man this thing is massive. It really doesn’t look that tall from what we’ve seen coming in to St. Louis and being out and about, but when you walk up to it, the size of this thing is impressive!

I think I’m kind of glad the ride to the top is closed right now due to construction because there is no way in hell Im going to the top of that thing. Kinsler was with me on that one. I am a little disappointed Christina and Konor didn’t get to go up there though.
